How would I describe the runway show N°21? Provocative, for sure, but never vulgar. All the models were wearing long transparent gowns! The colors we will mostly use during the S/S2017 season are white, mustard, black and antique pink. Moreover, a huge role will belong to accessories, such as belt-bags, to be worn on asymmetric, flared and loose dresses made of several different materials, like lace, macramé and duchess. What about earrings? Just wear one (and an extravagant one!).
The new N°21 woman is charming and independent. The clothes she chooses to wear are covered in rhinestones or made of shiny golden and silver fabrics, covered by black veils aimed at lessening the visual impact and, at the same time, giving a glamorous touch to a casual clothing piece.
The result is a mix and match of different fabrics and styles that look great together!
Of course, there was room for the unmissable feathers under mustard bustier and for knee-length skirts with tantalizing slits. In addition to that, on the catwalk we saw models wearing high-heeled shoes, either studded wedge-heeled ones or decollettes, depending on the dress. In conclusion, I must say that Alessandro Dell’Acqua, creative director of the brand, didn’t let me down. Moreover the show also gave me the chance to chatter with three great fashion bloggers famous worldwide.
I’m referring to the beloved, cheerful and largely followed Chiara Ferragni, the man fashion blogger Riccardo Pozzoliand, finally, the super trendy Bryan Janaka.
