Jay-Z gets in the world of education. The American rapper and entrepreneur, in collaboration with the Long Island University of Brooklyn, will launch soon the Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment, which will offer students the opportunity to pursue degree programs in music, music technology, entrepreneurship, production and sport management. LIU’s President, Dr. Kimberly Cline, said: “Our proximity in and around New York City’s epicenter of music and sports give us the opportunity to offer an unparalleled course of study and access to professional opportunities that will launch students to success.”

Registration applications must be submitted by next autumn. 25% of the students will also receive a scholarship, offered by Roc Nation.
Jay-Z is one of the special guests featured on his wife Beyoncé’s latest album, Black is King, along with models Aweng Ade-Chuol and Adut Akech, supermodel Naomi Campbell, Tina Knowles-Lawson, Lupita Nyong’o, the singer Kelly Rowland, Pharrell Williams, and many others.
