Year after year, El Carnicero confirms itself as a true meat paradise, with two locations in the city of Milan, the first opened in 2013 and the second in 2017, and one in Ibiza. It is the ideal place to taste all types of meat of absolute quality!
The menu includes a wide range of options. You can start with a raw dish like the lightly smoked Chianina carpaccio or the Piedmontese fassona fillet sashimi. A very interesting dish is also the ceviche with diced fassona fillet marinated with lime, red onion and coriander; the mini burger with beef, tomato, provolone and special pink sauce; and the Iberian pata negra jamon. The fillets, ribs and grilled cuts of meat are the house specialty.
If your plus one doesn’t eat meat, El Carnicero menu also includes seafood, gluten-free and vegetarian dishes. They have a wide range of wines, but the introduction of cocktails to accompany the meat is the real deal! The location features a modern interior design with a composition of lights that brighten up the restaurant with a red colour that creates the right atmosphere for an intimate evening with friends.
