The new capsule collection by Moschino for H&M was launched on the 8th of November and still everybody is talking about it. The launch was so unbelievable that still now sometimes H&M’s website goes mad. But let’s be honest: that won’t stop us. As a matter of fact it takes much more to keep us away from designer clothes, especially from Moschino pieces that can be bought for the price of a H&M’s product. Am I wrong? We must say that all the latest luxury lines presented in limited edition by Moschino didn’t disappoint us at all: funny and trendy, playing with the symbols of the 90’s pop culture, such as Mini Pony, McDonald’s, Super Mario Bros and Barbie. And also, we appreciated just as much the luxury collaboration collections offered by the Swedish brand (tell me the truth: you didn’t know H&M was Swedish, did you?): Karl Lagerfeld, Jimmy Choo, Balmain. The capsule with Moschino, designed by the creative director of the Italian maison, Jeremy Scott, is a hymn to originality and irony, to freedom and sarcasm. I can’t help but mention the S&M inspired little dress in black leather, or the super-coloured shirts with Goofy, the condom-earrings or the padded jacket for your 4-legged friends. Among the must-haves of this collection: the biker jacket in black leather, the denim washed-out jacket, the short red padded jacket, t-shirts and hooded sweaters decorated with MTV’S logo.
