SERGIO ROSSI OPENS A NEW POP-UP STORE

For the Made in Italy shoe brand, Sergio Rossi, the Second Phase start with the opening of a pop-up store called Wonder Machine“I want to look to the future with a positive attitude and innovation”, says Riccardo Sciutto, CEO of Sergio Rossi, “For this reason, I’m proud to inaugurate a digital hub in the heart of Milan, during a moment where is necessary to move forward in a new, flexible and curious way”. It’s a space, that inspired by the installation created by Gary Card for the Milan Fashion Week (September 2019), gives the client an immersive experience in the creative factory of Sergio Rossi. 

Inaugurated at the number 1 of Via MontenapoleoneMilanthe pop-up store has a feminine but ironic aesthetic, full of shoeboxes turned into shelves, while in the middle of the shop there is a slide inspired by the ones used in the warehouses. And that’s where the clients get their chosen pair of shoes, just like it happens in the San Mauro Pascoli factory, the heart of the company.

The opening represents a new chapter for the company because it will be the first Sergio Rossi store that offers an exclusive digital experience and the sales team will help the clients that will navigate the e-shop, throughout a video shopping experience. Unfortunately, the shoe designer, Sergio Rossi will not be able to see the store completed, as he recently passed away due to the Coronavirus.
