In fact, the new eco-sustainable Fiat 500 was presented and the new series of electric (battery-powered) cars is made in three exclusive models with the same number of Made in Italy brands: Bulgari, Giorgio Armani and Kartell.
Fiat 500 by Bulgari: Inspired by Rome, Bvlgari’s B.500 “Mai Troppo” was made of imperial saffron-colored metallic paint – an iconic nuance for Bvlgari – obtained through the integration of a special gold dust, which consists of in the precious waste deriving from the jewelry making process at the Bvlgari Manufacture in Valenza. The iconic Parentesi motif is reinterpreted to customize the front cooling grid of the engine with a game of full and empty spaces that evokes the openwork jewels of the homonymous collection. The sparkling rims are conceived as golden light rays. Inside, the dashboard is covered in hand-painted colored silk with the Maison’s motifs.
Fiat 500 by Giorgio Armani: Faithful to the style of Giorgio Armani, the 500 features a metal bodywork, partially engraved with laser technology to recall a fabric, with a gray-green silk effect color that, thanks to its innovative anti-pollution and anti-bacterial technology , helps to purify the air. Equipped with fabric hood, customized with the ‘GA’ logo as well as the alloy wheels. The interior in natural leather of controlled origin and wool fabric and regenerated wood inserts with aluminum details.
Fiat 500 by Kartell: Kartell 500 is characterized by the use of eco-sustainable plastics: a mix of materials that come together to create a contemporary design object. The skin is in blue paint, with an elegant mirror effect, faithful to the texture of the Kabuki lamp by Kartell. The headlight frames, the mirror caps, the front grille and the rim finishes are all made of recycled polycarbonate. The same finish is also found inside on the dashboard and on the seats, while the internal details are in 100% recycled polypropylene.
The three exclusive 500s have in common the use of natural and recycled materials. In fact, the 100% electric car from the Turin car manufacturer focuses entirely on eco-sustainability.
