Paco Rabanne gives his archives a futuristic makeover with his first-ever NFT launch, consisting of digital versions of his 12 “non-wearable outfits.”
Coming out on Selfridges, the collection includes 12 virtual pieces with details of Paco Rabanne’s past creations. Highlights include a fall/winter 1990 metal miniskirt and a fall/winter 1997 silk suit. The geometric shapes found on the spring/summer 1996 silver-white dress are recreated in digital form in addition to the fuchsia spring/summer 1997 suction cup minidress.
NFTs will be available in 56 units, starting at £600 (around $ 782 USD). The complete collection on universenft.live on sale from April 12.
