The first details about the Paris Fashion Week that will be staged from 18 to 23 Januaryhave been revealed.

In the official calendar, there are 77 brands, which will present their men’s collections for the autumn/winter 2022 season, divided into  42 shows and  35 presentations.

It has not yet been announced which designers we will see in person and who will opt for a live stream, but it will be an edition that will give a lot of space to young emerging creatives or newly founded brands.

Among these is VTMNTS, a sub-label born from the mind of Guram Gvasalia and which will parade for the first time on January 21 at 19:30, and the emerging Bianca Saunders AMIRI,  doublet,  KidSuper, Liberal Youth Ministry, and  Youths in Balaclava.

Still on the subject of debuts, on the 23rd, we will finally be able to attend the first KENZO collection designed by its new creative director, NIGO. At the same time, during the last day, Alaïa and  Paco Rabanne will unveil their new proposals for women’s ready-to-wear in a completely unexpected way.

Clearly, there will be no shortage of big names like Rick Owens,  Yohji Yamamoto,  Dries Van Noten, and Louis Vuitton, who will probably carry on the legacy of Virgil Abloh with another fashion show before revealing to the world who will be the next designer. The brands COMME des GARÇONS, Givenchy, Thom Browne and JW Anderson will be absent.
