The house values is 36.5 million dollars and sprawls over 15 square meters. Initially, it was supposed to be sold for 55 million dollars, but then the price of the villa was reduced thanks to the friendship between the owner and Kylie.
Kylie and her two years old daughter Stormi (which for her birthday present mom Kylie gave her an entire make-up collection), as shown by various Instagram posts, already moved in the prestigious neighbourhood of Holmby Hills, Los Angeles. The property extends for 0,83 acres and includes a large main house of 15,350 square, one floor, two apartments and a guest house. A luxurious and modern style characterized by the interior designs of the house, that has 7 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a kitchen with a marble worktop and household appliances made of stainless steel, a lunch area, a living room with fireplace and bar corner, an amazing rectangular swimming pool, a spa, an open space cinema, a private theatre, bar, game room, a gym and a sports area that include a basketball court. Kylie can also benefit a 5.000 meters patio and 20 car spots.
