Another season, another iconic woman joining the shooting for the Marc Jacobs campaigns. A close up on the star’s unmistakable facial features was enough to draw the right conclusions. Kim Kardashian is officially a Marc Jacobs girl.

Just yesterday the brand got rid of all its old posts on its Instagram profile to leave the stage for its latest star, publishing the post that portrays Kim’s face, a teaser of the global advertising campaign of the fall winter 2023 collection.

The reaction of the web to the shot signed by photographer Tyrone Lebon with styling by Alastair McKimm was immediate and the countless comments under the post are conflicting. After all, Kim Kardashian has always divided social opinion, especially in America and especially when it comes to the involvement of the star in projects apparently far from the origin of her celebrity.

Among the supporters, Marc Jacobs himself, who wrote “Love” under the post, and Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, who shared in the stories a video of a man intent on posting campaign posters on the street. However, the good news for those curious to see the rest of the campaign is that the wait is over.

According to the caption of the post released yesterday by marc jacobs, the photo was just a glimpse before the full reveal, which takes place today [August 9].

In fact, it is already possible to come across the shots and clips of the FW2023 campaign that portray Kim Kardashian holding the brand’s classic The Tote bag, while wearing a black tailored denim jacket against a background of silver metallic balloons. Other protagonists of the campaign are the two new bag models, The Sack Bag and The Curve bag, the black and white polka dot accessories and the vertiginous Kiki boots: in one image, Kardashian leans on a giant inflatable sculpture of the boot signed by the designer, wears a black polka dot coat and skirt, and black leather gloves.
