Sony is reportedly planning the equivalent of Microsoft’s Game Pass XBox.
According to a report published by Bloomberg, Sony is working to offer Sony PlayStation players its own subscription plan for access to its vast library of games.
The project that would be codenamed Spartacus will offer multiple levels depending on your budget. The lowest level will be substantially the same as PlayStation Plus in its current form, which allows you to play your games online with other players. In contrast, the intermediate level will give access to a “wide catalog” of PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 titles. The highest level will allow access to its new cloud gaming feature, extended demos, and the ability to play several classic PlayStation games from previous consoles, including the PSP.
