The partnership continues for British designer Stella McCartney in co-lab with the sportswear giant Adidas. The second edition of the shoe is made in a unisex Stan Smith version in faux leather and is inspired by the rainbow tones found in the designer’s spring-summer 2020 collection.
Consolidating its commitment to sustainable and cruelty-free practices, Stan Smith’s face remains printed on the tongue of the right shoe, while the portrait and signature of the English designer have been placed on the left. Re-elaborated with a new palette of light colors, the sneaker has black and white stripes on the back, while small stars make up the classic three-stripe design by Adidas.
To characterize this second drop of the sneaker, even two pairs of interchangeable laces. The first is in traditional white for a more elegant look, while the second recalls a more summery and playful appeal thanks to the colors of the rainbow.
The release is scheduled for December 2nd.
