This year the Rome Fashion Week promoted by Altaroma will be located at Palazzo Brancaccio from 15 to 17 September 2020.
The general manager of Altaroma, Adriano Franchi explains: “This edition was created from the beginning with the precise desire to be a symbol, to further strengthen our bond with the youngest entrepreneurs and the city of Rome”. “Altaroma’s role is to act as a trait d’union, to facilitate dialogue between young brands and major players, offering them unique opportunities to appear in the most strategic markets”
The Rome fashion week, in fact, has been defined over the years for its vocation towards the research and support of young designers, fashion outsiders, independent realities that nourish and give life to the Italian and international fashion system. But without forgetting the strong link with high craftsmanship and haute couture. This union will be renewed in the beautiful places of Spazio Field and in the halls of the historic building above Colle Oppio, which is in fact the last patrician residence built within the ancient Aurelian walls that surrounded the city of Rome.
Franchi adds: “It’s a prestigious location which will allow us to better contain and control the flow of participants. In full respect of the anti-COVID-19 safety regulations, admissions will be restricted, and in the same way participation in live productions and projects will be reserved only to the insiders who have the accreditation, and that will have followed all the required procedures ”.
