David Beckham is working on a documentary on the story of his life, from his career to his family. The ex-soccer player was inspired by the recent Michael Jordan documentary, “The Last Dance”, created by Netflix. The production already started in collaboration with his company Studio 99. The pandemic slowed down the process as it happened for many more tv series and film all over the world. But Beckham is in talks with Netflix and Amazon for the release.
An insider told The Sun the film will look at Beckham’s life after his football career. “It’s something David is excited about and has wanted to do for a while. The film will feature new content and archive footage,” they said. It’s going to be about David’s life post-football, especially the creation of his new team in Miami, but will have some personal content too”. The goal is to share his life after his goodbye to the soccer field. All the eyes will be pointed on his journey, from the UK to the United States and elements of his private life.
